PENCE provides consulting services in the field of Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, and general construction. We specialize in POST Construction investigations of deterioration, distress and failure. Our clients are Insurance Companies, Builders and Other Construction Professionals.
What We Do:
• Determine predominate cause and/or origin of reported or observed damage.
• Review site conditions, take photographs and document .
• Mediate and/or document disputes by neighboring property owners.
• Provide anticipated repair programs to assist in the insurance settlement process.
• Research building code and/or possible government impacts on damaged property.
• Provide to an Attorney with an "Expert Consultant's" opinion based on the facts of pending litigation.
